Kundalini Yoga, also referred to as the ‘yoga of awareness’, is a powerful and deeply transformational practice that aims to awaken you to your full creative potential, break through self-imposed limitations, increase your self-awareness, raise your vibration and activate your inner power like never before.

“Make yourself so happy that when others look at you,
they become happy too”
- Yogi Bhajan

What makes Kundalini Yoga different?

Heads Up:
You won’t find any down-dogs or sun salutations here.

Kundalini Yoga sets, known as Kriyas, call on a specific combination of postures, breath techniques, eye-focus, mudra, body-locks, mantra and meditation to balance the glandular system, expand our lung capacity, purify the blood, strengthen the nervous system and get you out of your head and back into your heart.

A great Kundalini class should leave you feeling like you’ve worked up a little sweat, given yourself (and your life) a good shake up, used your voice, shifted some funky energy and be leaving the mat feeling energetically 5kgs lighter like you’ve just had a good therapy sesh.

Clear Karma and Activate your Dharma
A regular Kundalini Yoga practice may result in feelings of badassery,
epic creative downloads and telling fear to f**k off.

It is common to experience sensations or energy moving in the body, emotions flowing such as anger, frustration, deep releases or overwhelming joy to the point of tears without needing to know exactly why. This is common because we are moving blocked energy and therefore blocked emotions in the body so we can clear out what’s no longer serving us to hold on to. Don’t attach to any of these expectations going in to your practice – just surrender and let the yoga work it’s magic with you.

I deeply believe that Kundalini Yoga taps you on the shoulder when you’re ready to clean out the cobwebs of your consciousness and activate an inner-fire like never before. Something pulls you into this practice and keeps you coming back, like it did to me when it first popped into my life a few years ago.

“In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your heart. No words can replace your experience. Your mind may accept the words or it may not, but your consciousness will not accept just words.”
–Yogi Bhajan

You can’t help but feel (and look) different when you bring this practice into your life.

I call it the Kundalini Glow.

I created Rock Your Inner Light because this is what I wish existed when I was madly googling Kundalini Classes in my local area and looking for a teacher that resonated deeply with me to help anchor this powerful practice and teachings into my life.

When I began my Kundalini Yoga journey, I was amazed at how quickly things in my life started moving forward, clearing out, re-organising into alignment, and how much my confidence and self-belief skyrocketed after just a few classes. I created this online series so that you have instant access to some of my favourite Kriyas and Meditations that I have personally called on multiple times over the past 3 years to help my kick doubt and fear to the side whilst I get on with my mission.

Show some respect for your hidden power-

When people ask me
“How do you get so much done?
How do you bust through fear so easily?
How do you have so much creative energy?
How is your intuition so strong?
How are you so confident in using your voice?”

– my first response is usually “My Kundalini Yoga practice”.

It truly changed the game for me.

Whether you’re a complete beginner to any spiritual practice, or a seasoned Yogi, I believe Kundalini Yoga is for you.

In Rock Your Inner Light you’ll receive instant access to;

✦ An introduction to Kundalini Yoga + Breath Technique tutorial
✦ 6 x 30-60 minute Kriyas partnered with powerful Mantras and Meditations specifically designed to help you;

What my students say about Kundalini Yoga

“From my first Kundalini Yoga class with Tracey I knew I would become a regular. Tracey’s happy and down-to-earth nature made the class so relaxed and fun. Her in class cues and after class support have encouraged me to find strength, to reach further and delve deeper into this practice. Kundalini Yoga is an experience and I highly recommend Tracey as your guide.”
– Amy Hyder

“As soon as I met Tracey, I knew Kundalini yoga with her was going to be a kick ass, eye opening and transformative experience. From my first class, I was hooked. Ever since that class, I have been experiencing shifts, growth and a trust in my intuition like never before. Some people refer to their life as before Kundalini and after Kundalini, and I now understand why.”
– Sam Sawchuk

“I love experiencing Kundalini Yoga with Tracey. She incorporates spirituality with her life coaching skills and takes a No bullshit approach to guiding women to be their true selves and live their best life.

Practicing Kundalini Yoga with Tracey has allowed me the space to expand and grow in so many aspects of my life”
– Emma Martinskis

“I walk away from Tracey’s classes each week never looking back on the past and using what I’ve learnt to stay in the present moment and to attain my true essence. Since starting Kundalini Yoga I have been able to sustain my self-belief, be strong in who I am and have received many blessings in my life from this practice”
– Suvie Smith

Nope! Not one bit. The postures in Kundalini Yoga will allow your body to open more as the weeks go on, no matter where your starting point is. Sometimes we do the whole class sitting down, sometimes we move up and down alot. Just start where you’re at and you’ll notice your posture and spine growing stronger in no time!

Perfect – time to get cracking and you’re in the right place. This a great foundation course to get started and Kundalini Yoga is perfect for absolute beginners or advanced Yogi’s. It will enhance and support any of your current spiritual practices.

If you have a yoga mat at home – great! If not, you can totally do Kundalini Yoga on a blanket! If you have a cushion or bolster I suggest having them closeby as sometimes we do a full kriya sitting cross-legged on the floor, and you may want some cushioning to support your hips for this. A good WIFI connection will be helpful too!

YES! Once you’re in, you’re IN! There is a once off payment to get started and then you have the entire contents of this course forever.  Any time I add new meditations and new Kriyas to the course, you will automatically receive them too.

The good thing about practicing at home is that you will get confident with chanting the mantras by yourself, and I guarantee you’ll love it (even if you feel a little awkward the first time)! Those who are often quite self-conscious to chant aloud, are the ones who love it the most because they start to find their own voice again and have the courage to speak up (not just on the mat, but in their LIFE). So maybe it’s not that you’re scared to chant, it’s that you’re scared to use your voice and be heard 😉

You just need to be yourself. It doesn’t matter where you are on your journey, if you are being called to start this practice, then follow it. It will work it’s magic with you physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually however it’s meant to!

If you have never done any exercise or any Yoga before leading up to pregnancy, I would NOT suggest diving straight into a strong Kundalini Practice, however the meditations and mantras can be very supportive and calming at this time, and there are always modifications to the postures. When pregnant, avoid the strong Navel Postures or Heavy Breath of Fire. I have pregnant students practice with me in person at my Perth Classes and they just slow their practice down, focus on long deep breathing and take the options when they need to, always listening to their body first. If pregnant, please consult and get the clear from a Medical Practitioner first before starting this practice.

Please consult a Medical Practitioner first. If you have certain health concerns or injuries you should always modify your Kundalini Yoga practice accordingly and take the options available. If for example you are recovering from a shoulder injury and we are holding the arms up over the head, you would not do this, or you would be very gentle until you have recovered from your injury. If there are any posture’s you cannot do, you can sit and visualise yourself in the posture and still receive the energetic healing and benefits. Students who suffer from high blood pressure or have pre-existing injuries are strongly advised to consult with a Medical Practitioner before starting this practice.

The term Kundalini refers to the unlimited life force energy that we all hold within us often  represented as a coiled serpent resting at the base of the spine. It is the creative and spiritual potential of a human, and for most of us, it is still asleep and needs to get moving! Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, works on awakening and channeling this creative life-force energy whilst also supporting and strengthening our nervous system, glandular system, muscles and organ systems so that this creative energy can be increased and simultaneously integrated safely.

Yogi Bhajan, a master of Kundalini Yoga by the age of 16, brought Kundalini Yoga to the West in the early 70’s and is the reason we have access to this practice today. Up until this point, this powerful technology was practiced in secrecy and only available to a select few. Yogi Bhajan knew the power of this practice and how much we would need it to support us with our high-paced lives, increasing rates of anxiety, addiction and depression, and rapidly advancing technology.  He is a yogi, spiritual teacher and a pioneer of the Aquarian Age. I encourage you to connect more with his teachings and research online if you feel called to.

I studied Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan under Guru Dass at the International College of Kundalini Yoga in 2016. I have been teaching regularly ever since.

I do not offer change of mind refunds. However, if after participating in at least 3 of the modules (including 3 full Kriyas and 3 full 11-minute meditations) and you are still not satisfied, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid, provided that you email hello@traceyspencer.com.au no later than fifteen (15) days following the date of purchase, stating the reason for your request, including a written description of your experiences with the kriyas and meditations and why you believe you cannot continue with the course. My refund period is strictly fifteen (15) days following date of purchase. If you receive a full refund, you will have no further right to participate in the course and your course membership will be terminated.
